On this 4th of July weekend I find myself repeating a simple theme “don’t throw sand”. Not only does this apply to the kids but the adults as well.
For the kids: The statement can be taken in the most literal sense to mean don’t throw sand! I have yet to find a statement that can explain what I want in any clearer way.
For the adults We are all here to have a good time and part of that is everybody trying to get along. This is not a difficult concept for most, a few missed or have forgotten the grade school lesson. I have to admit to finding some entertainment in watching the petty squabbles of others, as long as I am not involved. The lesson for today: Don’t Throw Sand! Don’t start nothing won’t be nothing!
